2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email, and profile picture (if you sign in with Google). We use this to identify your account and display your profile.

Designs and Content

We store the text descriptions you enter and AI-generated images. Designs you mark as public are visible to other users in the gallery and can be shared on social media including Pinterest.

Order Information

If you order, we collect your delivery address and order details. Third parties handle payment processing — we don't store credit card numbers.

Usage Data

We collect standard technical data like IP address, browser type, and device information to enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, and improve our service.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database hosting and user authentication
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in method
• OpenAI — AI image generation (your descriptions are sent to OpenAI to generate designs)
• Pinterest — public designs may be automatically posted to our Pinterest business account for platform discovery
• Vercel — website hosting

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them.

5. Pinterest Integration

When you mark a design as public on AuraHaze, it may be automatically shared as a pin on our Pinterest business account. This includes the design image, description, and a link back to the design on our site. If you make the design private, the corresponding Pinterest pin will be removed.

We don't access or collect data from your personal Pinterest account. Our Pinterest integration only publishes content from our business account.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Images are stored in Supabase Storage. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.

We store your data while your account is active. You can request account and associated data deletion at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access personal data we store about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Change designs between public and private at any time
• Delete your account

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We don't use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Children

AuraHaze is not intended for children under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.
