Welcome to AURAHAZE. By accessing or using our website aurahaze.rs and our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Services

AURAHAZE provides a platform for creating AI-generated designs for products including t-shirts, hoodies, and mugs. We use artificial intelligence to generate designs based on your descriptions, which are then printed on physical products and delivered to you.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are in Serbian dinars (RSD). Payment is by cash on delivery.

By ordering, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including product price. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.

Delivery is currently available only in Serbia.

5. AI-Generated Content

Designs are generated using AI technology. While we strive for quality, we don't guarantee that generated designs will meet all expectations. You are responsible for reviewing designs before ordering.

You must not use our platform to generate content that is illegal, offensive, or violates others' intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual Property

Designs you create using our platform are yours for personal and commercial use. However, the AURAHAZE platform, brand, and technology remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for defective or damaged products. To initiate a return, contact us at aurahazestore@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Made-to-order products cannot be returned due to change of mind, as each product is custom-made.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using AURAHAZE, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

AURAHAZE is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continuing to use our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
